My old Plantronics earpiece died, and I wanted one at a good price that wasn't fancy, but that worked well. I found this one and it seemed to fit the bill... and it does. It works well, connects right to my phone, people can hear me well on calls, I can hear them, seems to cancel out surrounding noise decently enough. All good. I can't complain at this price point. In fact, for ~$20, it's fantastic! It does have some quirks, though. First is when you turn it on. It readily connects, but if I'm not immediately ready to make a call, an automated voice keeps saying, "connected"... repeatedly. Yeah, I got it the first time... no need to repeat. The other oddity is that when the headset is done charging, it turns itself on right as I disconnect the charge cord. That's weird. I didn't catch it the first time and couldn't figure out why I couldn't hear out of my phone's speaker... I went into the Bluetooth setting and saw it was connected to the headset. I was like, "how did that get turned on?" ...well, it turns itself on as you disconnect the charge cord (I can also see the red/blue LED flash as it pairs as it's turning on). Now that I know that, I just ensure I turn it off when I disconnect the charge cord. No problem. Other than that, everything works well, it's a great price, and let's hope it works for a long time!

Easy setup and connection to Bluetooth. Control buttons are easily accessed and easy to use. Clear calls with little or no noise. In a very windy or noisy atmosphere, the mic seems to pick up more noise than my $70 headset. Perhaps a small wind sock would help. There is no voice alert feature for remaining battery time, but you can see remaining battery time under the Bluetooth connection settings on your cell phone. Very good headset, overall.

Great connectivity, functions back and forth between my work phone and my cell phone. So now when I’m at work , I only need one earbud and it mimics the ring of the phone it’s coming from so you know , which phone is getting a call. I have a lot of background noise and have not had anyone hear it as much either. The earbud has three different sizes for comfort. Great item. Will buy again.

Worked great for a few weeks. Larger Bluetooth unit but was comfortable with good charge. Suddenly shows connected with no sound. Just after return period so am not replacing.

So it's a bit clunky if you wear glasses since the hoop part goes over your ears but the sound is great and the Bluetooth actually works from clear across my house in other rooms, there's times i forget my phone in 1 room and it let's me answer it from across the house 😆
