My wife and I have gone through a few rings over the years, especially when moving property and with heavy lifting the previous rings ended distorted and misshapen, and they never quite looked right, even after a jeweller tried to repair them. So, in desperation we decided to go for something a bit tougher and a bit cheaper - just in case.Seven years later, these rings have stood the test of time. We bought two, this one for my wife and a slightly thicker (8mm) one for me. They have managed to take everything we've thrown at them without losing their shape, colour or clarity. I admit we are a bit on the neglectful side when it comes to jewellery and don't tend to remove things when working. So, they do get a fair bit of punishment.I don't know what they used in the centre of this ring - some sort of transparent acrylic I guess, but whatever it is, it's as tough as old boots. No scratches, not one. No damage to either the rings or the centre piece. They are just about indestructible. It has lost none of it's shine, the centre display is just as shiny and clear as when we purchased them.I appreciate that these don't come over as scary money instagrammable wotsits, but they are extremely strong, extremely comfortable to wear, and stay on. They will come off quite easily due to the smooth nature of the metal and the highly polished metal. So far though, they have not slipped off accidentally due to cold or soap and water. My wife's first ring was lost in the winter when it slipped off her cold finger. These have lasted longer and look better than anything else we've tried.Of course, that might take a bit of explaining to a partner who judges worth by value rather than utility, but the two rings we have look really nice and have lasted the test of time. Kind of wish we had bought this sort of thing from the start, as perhaps we would have saved money on replacements.The gold Celtic spaghetti inside the ring catches the light well as does the surround/frame on the ring. These have lost none of their attractiveness and it doesn't seem like anything can damage them - which makes my wife and I very happy indeed.Best purchase ever.

Very good price for a beautifully smooth fitting ring.I got the wrong size unfortunately and my finger swells a bit sometimes so I should have bought the next size up.But overall you will love it if you order the right size.

My other half found this ring a while ago & really wanted it, so I finally gave in! It's a lovely ring, but as other reviews have mentioned, the dragon isn't as obvious/pronounced as it is in photos, which is a shame. I suppose nobody is really looking at it that closely anyway!

This Gold Celtic ring is definite value for money. Not only does it look good, but i've worn mine every day for months now, and it appears to be virtually indestructible! Not a mark on it! It's comfortable to wear too! If I were ever to get married, a ring of this type and quality would be a serious contender over a solid gold/silver wedding ring any day, for the simple reason all wedding rings will scratch and will not stay looking as they did the day you were hitched. So far I believe this Celtic ring already looks younger than I do, and to date it has considerably less of the ageing process about it. You won't be able to porn it when times are tough, but who cares for the price you paid for it!

Lovely good quality ring, only complaint is that the size came through a little smaller. May I suggest one size up at least.

It's a beautiful ring, best present for my partner. He loved it. I had some issues with the size, guessing my first time buying it, so I struggled a little, however, all sorted pretty fast.

My partner was very happy with this ring when I gave it to him. The size was a little bigger than I would of liked but my partner says it was fine. The detail of the ring is brilliant and very happy with it. I personally wish it was a thicker band but partner happy with it still.
