Worst product ever bought on Amazon! Garbage!
Very disappointed in this. Arrived with chain in a big bunched up knot (took some effort to knot this way!) Ball casing not together..2 sides and pin not connecting and chime ball separate. Not ordered as assembly required! Cheaply made, not assembled and no pride in workmanship!
