It becomes difficult to roll or pull the bag when the weight exceeds 15 kg as bag is huge size but wheels size are not enough..On slightly rough surfaces, the bottom tends to drag and scrape, which caused damage to the lower part during my first use. However, carrying it as a backpack is much easier..good quality material but not worth as the price..

This is a great product and works well for a rolling duffle but unfortunately after a single trip the backpack straps are tearing. We needed to use this as a backpack for about two hours with 26-28kgs of weight, and unfortunately that was enough time for the straps to start tearing. Other than that, this is a super well made bag and a great idea.

I bought three 80L duffle bags for my trip to Africa. All three performed very well. They arrived in perfect condition, even though they were very heavy — two of them weighed about 70 lbs each, and one was around 40 lbs.I had read in earlier reviews that the bags can be difficult to roll because the bottom isn’t rigid and tends to bend. In my case, the bags were packed very full, which made the bottom firm, so rolling them was not a problem at all.One advantage of the flexible bottom is that the bag can be folded into a small package and doesn’t take up much space when stored. So there’s a trade-off.One of the bags arrived without the toiletry pouch. I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. The missing pouch was mailed to me and arrived a few days later. I’m very satisfied with their customer support.Overall, I’m very satisfied with these bags and would definitely recommend them.

Our family needed a sturdy bag that could carry the 50 pounds allotted by airlines, had wheels to easily cart through the airport, and could roll up to be easily stored in a minimal amount of space after the contents are removed... bonus if the bag also had backpack straps (so I could put one on my back and relieve my wife and daughter by pulling 1 or 2). This bag totally fits the bill. It's made with a very durable material that holds up to airline abuse. My family bought 4 and my sister's family bought 4... it's a great bag and Stover deserves credit for building a great product, but what's even more outstanding is their customer service. Despite the build quality, one of the backpack straps failed where it connects to the bag... I think it was a fluke not a design flaw... When I emailed the company about the failure and sent them a photo, they responded almost immediately IN THE EVENING ON A SUNDAY OF A HOLIDAY WEEEKEND. Unheard of. And they promptly offered to replace the bag. Awesome service from a company that stands behind their products and a product I really love. They've earned a customer for life.
