These are well packaged easy to swallow small capsules, in cold pressed olive oil, not inferior sunflower oil, which is chemically processed.

I love these because of the simpler, more pure ingredients instead of fillers etc. I also love the fact they do a 400iu version too which is not as easy to find, but is a more sensible dose for me personally.

The capsule is made from bovine gelatine so not suitable for vegetarians/vegans/those who don't eat beef products. This was not made clear at all at the time of purchase.
