Great product.
I have had cataracts removed from both eyes now and got these at my doctors instructions. He instructed me to only use preservative free drops and gave me samples of these after both surgeries They work great to relieve slight irritation and dryness as well as fatigued eyes. They have a triple action formula that "hydrates, restores and protects". They do exactly all they promise. Now you are going to have to read the little insert directions because this bottle is different from any eye drop I have ever used. It gives you one drop at a time with the special bottle. Once you learn how to use it, it's an easy, smooth and effective application. I like the multi-dose bottle and find this bottle to be a good deal. The drops give immediate relief of dryness and irritation. They will make your eyes a little blurry for a minute or two, that's the lubrication property I guess that makes these drops last a long time. They feel great in your eyes and are soft and refreshing. I have these at the bedside to use right at bedtime. These drops are great and I will always have them around.

Best OTC eye drop relief for dry eye
Wonderful eye care product! My optometrist recommended Sustane Pro to relieve my dry eye symptoms. It's a milky solution and the product made my eyes blurry for about 2 minutes. The silky cooling eye feel was so soothing immediately. Each blink felt smooth and comfortable, it's unlike most OTC eye drops. The delivery system isn't like the usual rounded tip. The flat bottle end has a pressure release opening delivering a precise droplet. I used a mirror to get acquainted with the first application. Great value for the money in the satisfaction I received. These drops are worth it! They're the bomb! 👍👍😃

The best I've used, beats Refresh by miles...
It literally is the best, it beats Refresh by miles. 💧 It's preservative-free so you can use it as many times a day as you want. 💧 The bottle is clear so you can actually see how much you have left compared to opaque-colored bottles. 💧 The blue tip makes it easy to aim it onto your eye. 💧 The price is great for two bottles. 💧 Its viscosity is superior: other artificial tears disappear or dry up quickly, these leave a thin film like real tears, in fact it leaves such a moisturizing film that it obscures your vision for a minute or so, but not as obscuring as gel drops, but definitely more than regular artificial tears. This is where I place it on the scale of thickness/obscurity where the left is thinnest and the right is thickest: Artificial Tears > 💧Systane PRO RF💧 > Gel Drops > Gel Ointment > Lubricant/Oil Ointment

Systane Pro PF Triple accion.
In my opinion, Systane Complete PF is better than Systane Pro PF. I have been using prescription eye drops for more than seven years. During that time, I have tried several brands. I'm a senior, and my eye doctor told me that, as people get older, many of them need lubricating eye drops. I also had to learn how to apply eye drops correctly. It took me more than a year to become comfortable with it. At the beginning, only one out of every three drops actually went into my eye. Now, I usually apply them while lying in bed or sitting in a chair that allows me to tilt my head back. I always make sure my hands are clean, and I often use alcohol-based hand sanitizer before applying the drops. Most people who use eye drops already know these tips, but I'm sharing them because there are always new users. I've read comments from people saying they can't get the drops out of the bottle, can't get the drops into their eyes, or are concerned about the color of the solution. For me, Systane Pro PF Triple Action is an average lubricating eye drop. It leaves my vision blurry for more than six minutes. I prefer Systane Complete PF. It also makes my vision blurry, but only for about five minutes. Although it is more expensive, I think it provides better quality. Both eye drops keep my eyes comfortable for more than five hours.

Effective Relief for Dry Eyes, but Expect Brief Blurriness After Use
I spend long hours in front of screens and started dealing with frequent dry, irritated eyes. This Systane product came in highly recommended for something strong enough to actually relieve discomfort, but gentle enough for regular use without preservatives. Been using these drops consistently for over a year now, usually once or twice a day, especially after long work sessions. The soothing effect is noticeable almost immediately. Within seconds, my eyes feel more comfortable and less strained, which makes it easier to keep working or reading. They feel effective without causing stinging or irritation, and I haven’t had any negative skin reactions around the eyes, even with frequent use. For me, right after applying the drops, my vision gets slightly blurry for the first few minutes. It clears up on its own, but it’s something to plan around, especially if you need to look at a screen or drive right away. Another minor issue is the bottle design. Some bottles don’t open smoothly, and when squeezing, it’s easy to dispense more drops than intended. That can be wasteful, especially for a product that isn’t cheap. These feel more substantial than basic artificial tears. They don’t just coat the eye briefly; the relief lasts a reasonable amount of time. Because of the preservative-free formula, I feel comfortable using them regularly, which helps justify the price, though I do wish the value for money were slightly better given the packaging issues.
