I purchased this for use in an escape room prop. The actuator is used to raise a hinged lid on a piano when a certain key combination is pressed. My only comment is that it is a bit noisy. However, the sound is actually a plus for the prop effect in this case. People hear the actuator start then watch as the piano lid slowly rises!

This is working good to open and close the door to my chicken coop at dawn and dusk. We'll see how it holds up over the winter.

Works as described. I used 2 of them as a gate opener on a chain link driveway gate. Minor issue -- I had to drill out 2 holes on 1 to 1/4".Otherwise a very good product, I will buy from them again.
