Works
My spear mint is taking a while to sprout but thatโs the not the products fault itโs mine I accidentally lightly covered them in soil :( before reading instructions. And they just now started sprouting so these seeds are really good I recommend. Just read instructions so you donโt end up waiting a month like I did lol

Good seed pack. Beware of the Pennyroyal.
These all germinated and grew just fine. Good seeds, however, PennyRoyal Mint should never be used for any kind of food, tea, etc. It can we used as an insect repellent if dried and put in small sachetes. , but will make you extremely sick if consumed. Keep it away from Pets and Children.

Donโt bother
Never grew a single thing. Planted 3/4 packs. Since July not a single sprout, zone 8B Value? 0 waste of money.

Easy sprouts
Seeds sprouted easily but the plants didnโt last long. It could be a temperature issue, since i live in the tropics and the packaging doesnโt have detailed care instructionsโฆor maybe itโs user error.

Pennyroyal is Toxic.
Pennyroyal is highly toxic in terms of consumption. This product, at first glance, seems like a bundle of edible mints, which is incredibly misleading and can be dangerous. Nowhere is it stated that one of the plants is toxic and unsafe for consumption while the rest of them are. NOT risking killing or making people ill is pretty cool. Do that instead.

Very pleased
The seeds arrived quickly and were as expected. I started some of the seeds indoors and they are dumb all. I'm looking forward to seeing how they do once i can h get them outside.

seeds sprouted
I planted the seeds in mid February in South West Florida in a vertical planter in a mixture of 50-50 sand & cow manure(0.5-0.5-0.5). Probably should have waited until March/April as it's a cold winter this year. New to growing so had no expectation other than hoping they would sprout. Now mid march and there are little sprouts for all 4 varieties. in my case I would expect faster growth but also new to gardening so could be the mixture or...... the basil by comparison planted at the same time is about 2" - the mints are about 0.25" but growing nonetheless.
