Excellent Product. Clear audio and clear speech. My one learning with product is that does not work well in noisy environments like airports or airplanes in flight, had to switch to AirPods. Good range of connectivity between phone and device for person that forgets their device on a desk or another room. Calls don’t always bounce to Shoks when incoming but easy to transfer. Battery Life is a over 12 h of standby and use for phone calls and 8-10 hours for music, audiobooks etc. Generally very pleased and would recommend

5* for calls, 3* for audio, 5* for battery, 5* mute on the mic boom, 5* the boom itself. Transmitted mic background noise needs improvement on Android The best device out there in my opinion. I ceded the first sample and got the 25upg usbc. Good - yet the dual connection needs to stay off - even without the dongle connected, the connection to the phone would be unstable, requiring to reconnect multiple times. I leave the 5 stars but will try to open a case with Shokz

I bought these for my husband. They were delivered today. These are plug and play, none of this pairing and downloading an app. None of that nonsense. I charged them to 100%. It took 40 minutes for full charge. They are good for 16 hours. They were paired at the factory, so literally all I had to do for him was plug in the little toggle, and turn them on by holding down the volume button. Immediately they said they were paired and ready. My husband has an 85% hearing loss, so he wears hearing aids. He also wears glasses. I pointed out the controls for him, which is only volume up or down. Easy. If he wants to shut them down, he holds the Volume up button for 3 seconds. TOO Easy. Since putting them on, he doesn't want to take them off. He even forgot he had them on, went into the kitchen, His movie was still playing, so even in the kitchen, he could hear it. He absolutely loves these. He says there is no feed back at all. He did say there was a little tickle from the volume on his cheek bones, but after about an hour, he says, it is good, and he doesn't even notice it. HE LOVES THESE. Seriously, I love them too. Before every headset I bought him, and I have lots of them. They all gave him feedback from his hearing aids, That feedback would hurt him so bad, he would jerk off the headset. We tried everything. And then, I found these. What a God Sent. We are both really happy with them. The other thing, my hearing is so sensitive when he had regular head phones on, I could hear everything. Now, I hear a faint whisper. I sit right behind him at my desk while he is watching his movies, so we are really close together. I like not hearing all that noise. Beyond happy with my purchase for my husband, and he is super pleased. Highly recommend these. Get this model if you do not want to fuss setting them up and pairing them to your device. Thanks again. I bought this as A recommendation from a coworker. I use these all day to take calls and have been using them for two weeks now. I love that they don’t compress my ears! I have less headaches by the end of the day. A couple of things to mention: if you are running a wireless keyboard with this set they can interfere with each other if the usb connectors are too close together. I ended up moving one of them and they now work so much better. The headset does lag a little bit when a call starts and a lot of the time I don’t hear notifications for emails and teams a lot of the time. For me this is not a huge deal because I find it distracting anyways. But for others this may be something to think about before buying. The charge time is very fast and the battery lasts long.
