Amazing looks, the dual tone colour is truly eye-catching, the body is not metal, its plastic, quality is good, texture is smooth and has a matt finish, the fit and finish is perfect, compact to hold and can be carried in trouser pocket, weight is a bit on the high side, 375 grams, but thats okay as this is a 20,000 mah one. Ambrane has made this powerbank as small as possible, easy to carry around. The inbuild charging cable is a braided strong one, pulling it out of the socket is a bit tricky as u need to use use fingernail to do that, u will get used to it, the cable tucks in a perfect fit and can be used as a lanyard.I charged my 3 phones with the initial charge it had, 22.5 watt is what ambrane says, pretty decent speed i got, no heating up, i already have 4 ambrane powerbanks, 2 is older than 8 years, 2 latest ones are the stylo N20, 10,000 mah ones, recently purchased, still running smooth, no issues, the 8 year older one heats up a bit more than other 2, as its a 12500 mah one, uses a micro usb cable for charging.. The smaller one is of 2600 mah, i think that one is more than 10 years old, never had any issues with ambrane powerbanks, i trust the company, people usually complain the durability of ambrane, i use a 20 or 30 watt old realme chargers for charging these, charges perfectly and retains the charge without any issues...most people use a higher wattage charger above 45 watts or more, some use 65 watts to 100 watts, i think that is the major issues for these conking off earlier than expected, I just mentioned my way of charging.Thanks amazon for this wonderful product, the freedom sale offer was very good, got this for a deal price... 👍👍

The design of this power bank is very good. After some time, it may get a few scratches, but overall it looks premium. The power bank does not heat up before or after charging—it works normally.However, there is one issue: it supports fast charging only with the inbuilt cable. When I use my Vivo original 67W cable, it charges only at normal speed. It charges normally with other cables too, but not with fast charging. With the inbuilt cable, it fully charges my device within an hour.Overall, the product is really good 👍. I like it and I recommend buying it.I bought it for ₹1299 during the Big Billion Days sale.

Instead of this you can buy 10000 mah bank if comfortable with your gadget . This one is little bulky but easy to fit in pocket. Decent look and a great backup . Battery backup is good . Can’t say about safety coz it’s been only 15-20 days . Value for money .

Very disappointed with this Ambrane power bank and the entire experience.The power bank I received is defective and does not work properly from the beginning. I have not even charged it once, and there has been no misuse, damage, or improper handling. We tried multiple charging cables, adapters, and different setups, but the power bank still does not work.What makes this even worse is that I purchased the same product around 7–8 months ago, and that unit also developed a similar issue. I have used other Ambrane products as well, and I have experienced products developing faults much earlier than expected. After facing repeated problems, I am genuinely fed up with the brand.I also tried to return the product through Amazon. Amazon provided an Ambrane contact number, but the number did not work. I had to search the internet myself to find another customer-care number and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get through.Even after contacting Ambrane, I was simply asked to visit the nearest service centre. There is no convenient Ambrane service centre available to me. For a brand-new product that has not even been charged once, why should I have to waste additional time and effort travelling to a service centre?The customer-support experience has been just as frustrating. I contacted Amazon Customer Service, after having to find the contact number online. During the conversation, the customer-service representative provided me with another number to contact regarding the issue, but that number was also not working.Is this really how Amazon takes care of its customers? Don't they care about customers receiving defective products and being forced to run around between Amazon and the manufacturer just to get a basic refund?At this point, I have requested that Ambrane pick up the defective power bank, test it at their facility if required, and process a full refund. They can keep the defective product with them after inspection. I should not have to keep chasing customer support or travel to service centres for a product that was defective right from delivery.Very poor product reliability, extremely frustrating support, and an unacceptable experience from both the manufacturer and the return/support process.I would strongly recommend thinking twice before buying this product or relying on Ambrane for long-term reliability and definitely don't have any expectations and amazon taking care of their costumers . Dont buy electronics especially on SALE price (they are scam - bought it for Freedom sale )

Really impressed with the quality and feel of the power bank.. though little on the heavy side and have just used it onceIts really small in size22w charging is little slower than the orginal 45 w charger but it does the wok done easily

I ordered the colour black-blue power bank, but got the power bank in the colour black. It's ok. All charger inputs and outputs are working well. But I expect ultra-VOOC fast charging, but it is the VOOC fast charging, and that too USB port only; another port all fast and normal charging. Then the power charges well. Overall good.
