First they do say a professional machine is required. The only thing that comes with the package is the replacement plastic screen. no tools, no instructions, just a plastic screen. One star because they are not selling a glass but plastic instead. I would give negative star but i can not. as the replacement is not for ipad air two.

The screen did not work once it was replaced. I would like to know what could be done? I live in Brazil and do not have plans to go the USA soon.
