Angry Birds Toons - Season 01, Volume 01 [Blu-ray]

I haven't been a kid for a long, long time, but grey hair can't keep me from loving "Angry Birds." I was a little concerned that these 'toons would have spoken dialog, something I thought might be off-putting. I made some enquiries and was told that the Birds made essentially the same sounds they make in the game. Okay, one hurdle down. Then I asked what the story-lines were like. I was told, "Don't worry...if you like the game, you'll like the cartoons. They're like...well, they're like the game, but on steroids." Really? I decided I had to see for myself. And I'm glad I did. The Angry Birds had me laughing from the very start. These 'toons are just plain fun, and that's a precious commodity in today's world.

My son is completely obsessed with Angry Birds. He has it all....... except a movie! I seen this at redbox one day. My 5yr old watched this the entire time we kept it, and was very upset that we had to return it. So I am more than thrilled that Santa will be giving this to him on Christmas morning! This may be a bigger hit than the other gifts! It has short films and the pigs make the funniest noises which cracked my son up.

This is a compilation of angry bird and bad piggy videos. My husband and I bought this for our 4 year old son because he is crazy about angry birds. He loves this dvd. The videos are funny and short. This is great for a 4 year old attention span. We will be looking to purchase vol.2 next.If your child loves angry birds, this is a great addition to have.

This was a gift for my son's 5th birthday. He loves Angry Birds and asked for a movie. This looked like the best option and it didn't disappoint! It's very cute and I like that the episodes are so short. It holds his attention and he thinks it's hilarious. My mom went and got him volume 2 and it's just as good.

I like cartoons with no dialogue. It forces the kids to make up their own dialogue which seems to foster a bit more engagement and creativity. (Pingu is another example of a cartoon where the viewer essentially guesses at the dialogue.) If your family likes the Angry Birds games, and they like cartoons, this thing is a slam dunk.

Every time a new toon comes out, we watch on his iPod. He was super excited when he received this gift on Christmas Day. We watched it that evening and he had a blast!! There were several that we hadn't seen. We look forward to the remaining episodes to be released on DVD!

I recently had received Season One, Volume Two in store at Wal-Mart, but had to search a little bit to find Volume One, which led me here. The cartoons are crazy and zany, but entertaining for your kids as well as yourself. It was a great value and worth my money.

Really enjoyable blu-ray, not enough cartoons get the a physical HD release so I am glad this one did.I hope they do Season Two as well!Really good extras too for anyone interested in the creative process behind it all. Plus with the holiday special, perfect for Christmas.

Yet again this is another product described as "fun" thats enjoyed by everyone except someone old enough to have a grand child.most people dont take things so serious and just enjoy "silly" things like this.its not clever or groundbreaking,its not educational or informative,you dont get any deep messages from it but you sure do have fun.anyone thats seen the videos on the angry birds games,these are just the same videos but on dvd.cant remember. How many there upto now but this is 1 - 26. Anyone thats not seen them,there is no speaking,just sound,which does let it down a little,but they manage to tell a sore of 3 minute story with just noises and gestures and most are funny.granted in any other context they might not be half as fun,but for angry birds fans young or middle aged then its just being them characters that gives it such appeal.well worth buying if your a big fan of the game,everyone else consider it

Mon fils était fou d'Angry Birds, alors il a vite sauté sur le DVD. Les épisodes sont hilarants et courts pour un bon moment de détente. Dés le premier épisode, il voulait absolument voir les autres pour retrouver tous les personnages ! Il a adoré ! Il l'a mis en boucle jusqu'à la sortie du volume 2 qu'il a trouvé encore plus rigolo !En plus, avec le lanceur d'Angry Birds et les cochons voleurs d'œufs mis dans les épisodes, l'esprit du jeu réapparaît ! Les capacités des oiseaux ont aussi quelque peu été repris bien sûr ; on retrouve le jaune Chuck qui va à vitesse grand V, le noir Bomb qui explose, le méga rouge foncé Terence qui écrase tout sur son passage, mais celle de l'oiseau blanc Matilda qui est de pondre des œufs explosifs n'a pas été reprise. Dommage... Enfin personnellement je me demande comment ils auraient pu l'exploiter.Mais ce qu'il faut c'est que mon gamin soit satisfait de ce DVD ! Enfin il l'est ! Il voudrait même voir le résultat en Blu-Ray !!!

息子がアングリーバードが好きなので、購入しました。アングリーバードのアプリ内で見る事のできる短編の寄せ集めですが、息子は楽しんで観ています。買ってよかった！！
