Stone broke after 2 uses, but they replaced it for me quickly
I liked the product but the stone broke too quickly

Not the easiest thing to use.
Fist time usage resulted in several charred pizzas. 60 seconds was enough to turn fresh pizza into charcoal. Was that my fault? Probably. It takes some getting used too I guess.

Good for the right situation.
I have this on a Jim Bowie and get exceptional results. There are some trade offs though. I also own an Ooni Fyra that is the pellet version as well. If I’m doing two 12” pizzas for me and the wife, we use the Ooni. When my kids and family come for pizza and I’m cooking 7-8 12” pizzas I go with the JB. The JB with the attachment can take up to 25-30 minutes to get the stone 650°-700° but the recovery is fairly quick. Little bit of ash but no big deal. Lumberjack pellets seem to have lower amounts of residual ash. Get. Make home made dough. It’s easy and you’ll never want to order delivery again.
