Caran d'AcheBallpoint Pen, Goldbar Slim Pack (849.999)

This is a nice pen, well worth the price. I have four cadran d'ache pens, including one of the expensive ones, and this is a nice addition for me.It writes well with a goliath inside and feels very good in the hand.Be aware, though, that the color is brighter than it appears in the picture.

This is a great pen, good weight and great feel. Makes you look and feel like solid gold.

This is more slender pen, so it was perfect for me. I like the way it writes.

The pen is lovely and fits my notebook well. However the refill seems to be different from my other 849, and somewhat the label is torn off. Another notable thing to me is that the spring won't be able to accommodate Parker G2 refills with their tails cut like I normally do because the end of the spring is distorted a bit and that makes the G2 slip into it deeper(maybe). The spring also looks a bit different than my other one. But that's not a big problem. Overall, I like this a lot.

how is caran d'ache underrated

I've had a few Caran D'ache pens, and they all perform great and feel good to use. Highly recommended.

I call it my gaudy work pen, but I run it along side with the older (and more reliable) brother. As this pen is 5* cheaper -- or more than the standard Caran D'ache pens, if you don't own one of these... get the more expensive Ecridor model for a good experience. Then get a cheapy like this one if you fall for the brand. Of course, I'm not a pen connoisseur, so keep that in mind.

He tenido varios, me los han quitado de las manos y los he regalado, quiza el mejor boligreafo del mundo por su recarga gigante. Tambien tiene el temaño ideal par los bolsillos de camisas y polos.. Ejecucion Suiza, la mejor, bonito, sencillo y llamativo, la caja para un regalo es fantastica.

La penna modello 849 non ha bisogno di presentazioni, è comoda da tenere in mano, scrive in modo molto morbido, ha lo scatto silenzioso (che in riunione è molto utile), non lascia macchie. Questa colorazione oro satinata è particolarmente elegante e fa davvero un’ottima figura.

Der Stift kam als Geschenk SUPER an. Die Verpackung ist edel, drinnen mit einer Art schwarzem Samt(?) und magnetisch geschlossen. Der Stift ist edel verarbeitet und die Mine/Tinte schreibt sich sehr gut!!!Das Gold sieht richtig teuer aus.

Love this pen I find most ballpoints to be inconsistent and though this one isn't as smooth as a rollerball pen it is the closest I have come with a ballpoint

Marvelous classy pen.This is the Gold version.It also came in the metal case which is super as a gift.
