got what i wanted, the multiple scales will save you a lot of time and headache having to go for another ruler that has a needed scale. used in map making, and these are very well made. i can recommend these for the quality to cost the ROI will be worth it

This ruler is a save for me. I have a small ay home leather shop my patterns amd measurements come from both the U.S. and European pattern makers so there’s always a combination of Imperial and metric measurements, at least that’s the two points of this ruler I use. Then there’s the make of the ruler. It’s shaped as a triangle. Important for me because I can hold it with too much worry about my fingers being a risk for my sharp blades. My finger grips are up higher than my cutting point so a slip with the blade has less of a risk of turning my finger tips into a painful ‘encounter.

Having signed up for a scenery painting class, one of these was required to do scaled reproductions. I've never used one before but found the look of this to be high quality. My instinct was right. This heavy, aluminum ruler is easy to read, feels nice in the hand and stands up to a bit of wear. Highly recommended for practical use.

Great Scale(s), as expected. Nice weight, Aluminum, easy to read and use. Four stars only due to the edges (corners) are too sharp and should be slightly rounded.

Watch for your packages. This said it was handed to someone and was not. If not at home, would make one think the ordered item was given to someone at a wrong address. Product is just what was needed. Caution if you have kids or animals or elderly, very sharp corners need to be buffed down.

Just got it and tried it. The Aluminum one was better than expected. Well worth it.

All of my scaled rulers were chipped up and warped, so I thought I'd splurge on an aluminum ruler. This little guy is pretty accurate and the aluminum and will resist chipping unlike the wood or plastic ones I already have. One of the nicer things that I've noticed about this is that the center groove on each side is color coded so I can work visually rather than picking it up and flipping it around for the proper scale. In this case, I work in 3/8" and 3/4" scale a lot, so I am always looking for the blue stripe. Perhaps this is common on newer scale measuring sticks, but it is new to me as an adept amateur, so it is really delightful in a kind of common way. I'm concerned that the printing on the ruler may wear fast, it is fine so far with only a couple months of use, but the marks are printed and stand proud of the surface, not engraved. This is going to fail and wear away at some point, but so far so good.

Cheap for a reason, 3 of the ends were bent which interfered with the straightness and coloured lines not stuck properly. Returned.

Awesome scale rule, easy to read and love that it is aluminum.
