So far so good. Kinda crazy, that such an inexpensive phone performs so well.

I have had this phone since June and all of a sudden it wouldn't charge anymore. I reached out to customer service and within about a week had sent it back and received a replacement. Before this issue the phone worked very well, I bought it for my son since he had completely destroyed his previous phone even with a shockproof case and screen protector. This one seemed unbreakable before the battery issue, but the customer support made the whole process quick and easy.

It's working as expected. I have put it through a few drop test already and it holding up okay

- The device is lighter than expected, but that is its only positive physical attribute. - The absence of a headphone jack is inconvenient. - The gesture navigation, a standard feature on Android devices for years, does not work at all - The memory configuration of 4GB RAM plus 2GB virtual RAM is insufficient; the device is not snappy and struggles with basic tasks. - Battery life is unimpressive but lasts about a day under normal use. - Contrary to some claims, the fingerprint reader is located in the power button but is unreliable and fails often. - There is no automatic dark mode activation or any easy way to engage it. - The phone feels sturdy and looks sleek, but these superficial qualities don't compensate for fundamental issues. - The lack of a front camera flash limits selfie usability. - The display resolution is only 720p, which is noticeably subpar in this price range. - Videos suffer from delays due to inefficient/slow memory. - There are bloatware apps that cannot be uninstalled via normal means. - The dual boot feature functions internationally, including here in Jamaica (FLOW). Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this phone for my 18-year-old son.. I chose a specifically because it has the ability to play Papa G, According to my son you need a lot of RAM space and storage space to run Papa G. Well I'm happy to say that if you need a phone with so much space and ability to run such a fast-paced game like Papa G this one definitely will. My son is more than pleased with this phone and it was very reasonable and price. The phone is extremely durable and will last your teen through at least a year or more of everyday wear and tear of what teens usually do.. The battery is very big and it's super easy to charge and holds a charge for a really long time. So if you're looking for a phone that has a lot of RAM space and a good charge for the battery that lasts a long time put this one on your list because it is definitely one to be contended with.

Verizon will not service this phone

I need an rugged phone due to need to go to field trips a lot during the winter and I drop my phone all the time. After searching for a while on Amazon I got this phone. Overall I am pretty happy with it: - pretty sturdy, the materials are solid and rugged. The is big plus - good performance. Unlike other rugged phones, this phone is performing and responsive - the camera works great.
