So Far, Very Good!
Most samovars don't last very long—1 year max and you have to replace them. This one is excellent! We also like the smaller version that GOLDA makes. They have a wonderful variation on an ancient theme.

Terrible product awful customer service
The product leaks at the valve and they make it impossible to return or exchange. I’m surprised Amazon accepts this kind of behavior from their merchant versus supporting a long term and loyal customer.

Everyone loves tea, must have one samavar at home. This is a good product, but my tea-pot has been broken after a few times using.Also, the Samavar is leaking! I don't know how I could fix it. It has been hard to use, because always I have to put a bowl under it!I don't recommend this... I wish I could fix or replace mine.

I love this tea maker . but the quality of the manufacturing product has been reduced , the body came a part from the handle & fell into pieces
