Bought this as a birthday present for my husband. He loves it, not as just a display. The details are very nice, and it has a nice balanced weight to it. It's durable enough to be tossed around a little. It's a great size for a hand axe. It also has a plastic safety guard for the blade. He likes to collect knives and axes, so this was the perfect gift.

Fun gift for boys and men
This was a great gift a lot of fun for the recipient. It was shipped without the stand. It had a decent size and felt heavy. The person who receive the gift loved it so much they didn’t want me to return it to get the stand so all in all if you’re giving this as a gift, you may want to check out the box but other than that we were quite satisfied with the quality.

SO COOL!!!!! Best birthday gift ever!!
I got this for my son's 14th birthday. He's into dragons and D&D stuff. He literally gasped when he opened it and told me it was the best birthday he's ever had! I was surprised at how heavy it is, it feels almost like a real hatchet. It's sharp enough to "be cool" but not actually sharp enough to accidentally hurt himself or his brother. The graphics are awesome, it looks like "blood" on the blade but its actually the dragons fire. I highly highly highly recommend if you're looking to find the best birthday present ever for a dragon loving person this is it! So far the quality is good, the stand is secure. It's also affordable!
