The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5, is that I wish there were heavier levels of resistance. The orange ones are the only bands that provide any significant resistance. Other than that issue, this is a great product, I use them all the time.

My mom is kind of....getting on in years, and I need to help her a lot with opening bottles and stuff like that. I got these for her so she can strengthen her hands and maybe be a little more independent for when I'm living on my own. She loves sticking her fingers into the contraption and playing with it. I can't tell for sure whether she's getting any stronger yet, but she likes them, and she's using them. They're good quality silicone, doesn't seem like they'll rip or deform any time soon. Very vibrant colors too, not that that particularly matters lol

The resistance rings do not quite fit in my hand the way I would like them to. After using them for over 30 seconds they start to hurt the tendons in my hands because of the odd shape.

I love the product. I have bad elbow tendanitis and do too much of the gripping motion that created imbalances. I was using rubber bands for a while, but got this product for a good price and it works great. Great quality and 3 different strength settings. No more elbow pain after only a couple weeks, only 2 or 3 sets a day. You can get in the excersises watching tv, at a restaraunt, driving, etc. Well worth it. Thanks.

After the carpal tunnel release surgery, these toys have been a great way to work on getting my strength back. I started 3-4 weeks ago with the 30lb and could barely use them. I am currently on 40lb and will be on 50lb in no time. As long as you are consistent and continue to use them for a few minutes every night, you can definitely gain strength back in a weak hand using these.

I broke my hand and needed surgery with pins. Once removed i decided to not waste money to go to a hand therapist and just buy the items they use. This is honestly all you need to get your hand back to normal. Glad i did because i saved over $150 with this decision. I would also suggest the foam roll as well.
