Tarkir: Dragonstorm - Play Booster Box, 30 Boxes

Awesome set, loved every single pull. Went ahead and bought a second box with no issues. Box came in sealed. I’d get another set if only to get more of the art cards. Plenty of packs came with multiple rares.

Great set with good cards. At a great price and has some awesome dragon tribal cards. My hits werent great but still worth it to grow the collection and tear open some packs

I’ve bought this Tarkir: Dragonstorm Play Booster Box twice now, and it’s been a solid experience both times. The Play Booster format feels like a good balance between Set and Draft boosters — fun to crack, but still very playable for limited. The box had a healthy mix of rares and mythics, plus plenty of dragons and flashy cards that actually feel on-theme. Collation felt good overall, with no obvious issues, and the packs didn’t feel “dead.” Even when cracking for singles, it stayed entertaining the whole way through. For drafting, this set shines. The color combinations are clear, the archetypes are easy to read, and games feel powerful without being overly swingy. It’s a great box to open with friends or keep sealed for future drafts. At this price point (especially on sale), it’s hard to complain. Whether you’re drafting, collecting, or just cracking packs for fun, this box delivers. I’d absolutely buy it again.

So this is a really nice set for nostalgia and has some decent cards. Who doesn't love dragons? I did end up with a ton of duplicates but you expect that a little bit when buying the randomized packs. I will say that there isn't much monetary value in these cards. I know that you really shouldn't expect that from a play booster set anyway but I have gotten some nice value of cards from other MTG sets when buying the full box of play boosters. It usually doesn't offset the cost but this one doesn't even come close. However, if you are looking for a fun set with nostalgic cards that take you pack to the original fundamentals of MTG or getting some good creatures, this is a great set to own. TLDR: If you are a player, especially a long time player, you will enjoy these and can build some fun decks or add to your current ones. If you are a collector looking for monetary value or rare cards, you can probably skip this set.

My display box arrived perfectly sealed and unbroken or even dented. Inside all packs were exactly as expected, and my pulls ended up significantly ahead of the box price in singles value. This play booster is is also particularly fun to buy as a limited commander draft box, in reference to the origins of commander being elder dragon highlanders you use all 30 packs inside to construct a single 100 card themed commander deck limited to the cards found in the box to play against others with the same limits. At time of buying this was one of the best vallue playbooster boxes available.

Bought on sale, sold by Amazon. A lot of repeat commons, but managed to pull an Ugin and together got about retail price value out of the set in terms of card value. Print quality in this set is not the greatest. Box was sealed in Wizards plastic (the cardboard punch out on top was broken, thinking they get stacked somewhere and dont stay together.)
