Did my hair grow a little faster than normal? Yes, it certainly did.Did my stomach stay so upset that I couldn't function normally? Yes, absolutely.Also, these vitamins taste absolutely horrible. Judge for yourself as to whether not you want to give these a shot. I will not be buying them again.

I was excited to get some Hair, Skin & Nails Vitamins from Evergreen Nature in exchange for a review. I was paying $35 for the ItWorks version (and it works but that's just a bit pricey on top of all the other supplements I take!)I only take 2x a day since I don't really eat breakfast (i know, bad me). I try to take a third if I remember when I am "snacking." The pills are pretty big but many of the supplements I take are big horse pills!After about 2 weeks of use, my nails are definitely growing quicker (I have acrylics so I can't attest to the strength of my real nails). My hair definitely seems to be growing a little faster and it also feels healthier. I like this product as lot and will definitely be switching to this, at almost half the price of the other one I was using.*I received this in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. I have always been a huge fan of hair, skin, and nails products. This one is in a lot of ways just like many of the other ones that I have tried to date. It requires that you take 3 tablets daily with a meal which is what I am finding to be more and more the norm These days. I always prefer to take the least number of pills possible, but I love how long and beautiful my hair gets from taking this type of product so I suffer through the requirements of 3 pills a day. I like that this product has a huge list of other daily vitamins and minerals too that help make my skin look better and makes my nails less brittle. The nails is actually the first thing I notice hen taking this. After about a week and a half my nails stop breaking as easily, and my nail beds are pinker and the normal little white spots are gone. I have heard rumors in the past that these little white spots indicate a zinc deficiency,and this product contains zinc, so maybe that's why they go way when I use this product. I have had nothing but good experiences with this product and this comps in general. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who currently takes, or who wants to start taking a hair, skin, and nails product. I recieved a discount on this product to try it out, and I am very pleased. There is no awful taste as there is with many tablet type pills so I usually prefer capsules, and they contain a high amount of biotin, so I know even though I can't seen my hair growing and getting stronger it is happening.
