Stellar Guarantee is worthless
What is the point in having a frying pan that you cannot heat? Within 2 weeks this pan started to darken in the centre and lose it's non-stick capability. It was used on an induction hob and was not subjected to misuse or overheating. I phoned Stellar and pointed out that the pan came with a lifetime guarantee and 10 year guarantee on the non-stick surface - they were unhelpful and defensive, accusing me of overheating the pan. I have had Stellar pans previously and they have been satisfactory - the Rocktanium pan, however, is sub-standard.

good quality in the beginning but time after time you'll see the truth
Really non-stick and really heat resistant. It is easy to clean with just water or damp cloth. Once I put it into the oven but you must be careful of the handle because it is fire hot. After using for 3 months on a gas hob with small and medium fire, the pan is found concave. There is only a small area in the center touching flat surface and can't be used on induction hob no more. It just like a boat when placing on a flat surface. The pan got brownish inside. The rim have a few chips where the non-stick coating is peeling off even though I usually clean it by hands and in the dishwasher occasionally.

Better than more expensive alternatives
These pans are great. Over the years we’ve had many far more expensive pans (Le Crueset, top of the line Tefal etc) and the story is always the same - despite hand washing and never using metal utensils their non-stick always wears out after a few years. That’s not the case with these pans - the non-stick lasts and they conduct heat brilliantly. They’re not too heavy either. Like any non-stick pan I’d always stick to hand washing though!

That’s another good yolk!!!!
For 50 years I’ve had reservations about the safety of TEFLON especially after the maker DuPont were revealed to be duplicitous, deliberately marketing a carciagenic product damaging the surface of the earth on a TV program last night. So this frying pan replaces a TEFLON one returned to Waitrose after a couple of weeks which was NO NON STICK. My view is that if we are now complicit in poisoning the environment at least let’s do it with a product that works, and this pan certainly does work, food just slides off. Hold on that suddenly seems sinister and brings back all my old doubts!!

Excellent for a few months.
Product excellent for about 3 months, average for another 3 and needs to be replaced after 6 months. Lifetime guarantee is not really lifetime... it covers only initial manufacturing. After 5 months of daily careful use and cleaning, the carbon buildup is so bad it is no longer non-stick.The care instructions doesn't cover this, and aftet contacting customer service neither does the "lifetime" guarantee.Better stick with a cheaper pan and throw it away after a few months.1 star given for lack of long term quality.

Don’t buy this frying pan.
The media could not be loaded. The manufacturers of this pan have opted for a thin base which warps, permanently, as other reviews have suggested. Also, on the company guarantee for this pan it states that damage caused by ‘overheating, over 210 degrees’ is not covered by the guarantee, so not much use as a frying pan, even though the packaging states suitable for any hob type. I complained to the company who said the pan needs to be brought to temperature ‘gradually’. After complaining about this the company decided to send me another as a sign of good will but the replacement as can be seen in the video is bent. Find a different pan.

Warps easily. Avoid
I stupidly ignored some other reviews claiming that this pan warps under normal heat. I was wrong to do so. Sure enough, after about 5 uses the base warped and the non stick coating turned brown. This is not fit for purpose.

So far so good
Spent quite a lot of time looking to see what I should replace my existing Circulon Infinite frying pans with. I was impressed with these when I bought them but considering the price they’ve not lasted well, they’ve been looking rusty and not acting effectively nonstick for a good few months and aren’t 5 years old yet. I decided to try these as the price seems reasonable and the reviews decent. Also wanted something that would take decent oven temperatures for cooking lamb, steaks, tarte tatin etc well.Ordered the 30cm one first to see how it was with a view to possible buying more. I’m a very keen home cook who makes all kinds of things. Within the week or two I’ve used this pan so far I’ve used it for stir fry, omelettes, pan frying fish and meat, ratatouille, paella (from frozen) etc and I have to say it’s been excellent so far. I’ve only hand washed the pan, with the smooth side of the washing up sponge but frankly haven’t felt the need to use anything else as everything has come off so easily. Heat distribution seems really good and it’s a nice weight without being as ridiculously heavy as the large circulon was. Pan looks 100% as new to date, so I’ve now ordered the 24cm and the griddle pan. Let’s hope it lasts as well as it cooks.
