North Costa Blanca: Road Cycle Map

This is a great map. Helped me find some stunning routes and to explore with confidence. It has just the right level of information layer out clearly - even I can understand it. The size is great. It will fold up neatly and doesn’t get damaged by the folding sunshine or sweat. It got me going into the hills knowing that they were worth it and knowing I had a route home! All in all fab holiday cycling for all levels.

Having read the reviews I was expecting this map to be of similar quality to the Majorca map by Alpina, but it looks flimsy in comparison.Having said that the map itself looks excellent, the roads and climbs are clearly marked and I think it will make an excellent resource for planning routes. Still, I'd be surprised if it lasts more than a trip or two if you stick it in your jersey pocket.Having said that it will still be invaluable in exploring the area - so yes, I'd recommend buying it if your heading to the region.

Perfect for cycling. Gives you all you need to know about % of climb - length and difficulty. Tested on the road and it was fairly accurate.

Interesting that other reviews so far are all 5 stars.This map is supposedly tough and waterproof, but compared with the Majorca Cycling Map by Alpina it appears a bit fragile.The Majorca map has lasted 2 weeks cycling in Majorca and looks like lasting a good many more trips. I can't see the Costa Brave map lasting more than 1 or 2 trips unless I'm very careful with it.On the plus side the information on routes and climbs should prove very useful.
