Watering Timer D13WT06

Recommended. I have two of these for watering my three raised vegetable beds and for watering some shrubs I planted around my property. I previously bought one that lasted two seasons. They’re easy to program, but a little quirky if you want to conduct a watering event off-schedule. I paired them with a WiFi water controller that sits close to my house that allows me to stop watering if it rains a lot while I’m traveling. Maybe I should stick to buying vegetables at the nearby farm stand … Nah!! Nothing like a tomato straight off the plant!

Since I don’t have batteries I can speak to all aspects but upon the unboxing it seems promising. I will update my review once I am actively using it to include information about how water tight the battery compartment actually is, and so forth. In the meantime let’s talk about the quality of the product itself from a manufacturing standpoint. The plastic seems very durable, and it all wars to be waterproof. The seal on the battery compartment also seems to be very water tight as well. There is a screen on the intake valve to prevent debris from getting in, so I’ll probably take it off periodically to ensure everything is functioning properly over time. In the box is the timer itself as well as a manual and plumbers tape.

This item is useless I have had it for 2 month while in the beginning it worked all of the sudden it says the batteries are dead so I swap them with multiple new ones and every time it works for two days then just go blank and doesn’t work please save your money and get something else this deserve no stars

The absolute worse! Purchased in May 2025. Recently just opened to replace the one I currently have. It’s telling me the batteries are dead and they are brand new. Thought maybe I just had a bad batch. Nope tried so many and even purchased more. Still says no battery life. None of the buttons will work for me set anything up. Waste of money. Do not recommend purchasing.
