Should never have been delivered
The delivery did not start well when it did not appear on the designated day. Then when it was delivered the driver took photos of the box as it was so badly damaged and he was concerned about the rattling noises he could hear. Took out the chairs and sat on one. The seat was a little small but quite comfortable. Then I discovered what the rattling was. There was broken glass in the bottom of the box. The glass table top was completely broken, so I put everything back in the box and asked for a refund.Due to the state of the box this item should never have been delivered. It looks like it was delivered to someone else before me, who obviously returned it. Quality control needs improving. I read some previous reviews about the quality of this garden furniture and the problems with the the delivery box. I should have listened to the warnings. I can only suggest that people are very careful about ordering this product and be prepared for the possibility of returning it.

Garden furniture.
Table a little smaller than expected and slightly to low for the hight of the table. Also unable to fit my parasol stand under the table, so unable to secure the parasol which does not help!. Price wise it's ok but have since seen better.

AVOID THIS ITEM
Rain gets into the tubular parts of the chair and then drips out as brown rusty liquid staining my patio, also the fabric is loose fitting which results in you sitting on the centre cross bar , also the arms on 2 chairs were scratched and are now showing signs of rust and I have only had them 2 weeks.The table is ok although one sucker was missing so had to improvise, All in all a load of rubbish, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM

Òk, BUT!
On the whole, the table & chairs are pretty good, for the money.But we found the quality not very good & the finish pretty poor!There was bubbling on the paintwork, on the rim of the table & one of the plastic ends, on the arm of the chair had broken & fallen out.We needed the stuff urgently for a BBQ, so didn't bother complaining.Apart from that, delivery was prompt & hassle free.

Unhappy with the money we have paid
One of the legs on the table is too short. We’ve had to prop it up with wood/anything that fits. Took the table apart twice and reassembled in case it was our error but same result. Contacted the seller who seemed happy to help but I’ve not heard anything since Wednesday after sending a picture. Obviously unhappy with the purchase

Unfortunately badly packed and damaged on arrival but problem sorted out by the company and 2 chairs replaced.Set as expected and good quality

Lovely set
Robust table and chairs set. Chairs very comfortable and table large enough for six people to eat comfortably. Took a while to deliver (due to the huge size of the box) and one of the chairs had bent legs, but this was quickly replaced for us. Parasol very good quality, but you will need to buy a separate weighted stand for it. Very pleased with the set overall!
