Elimavi 30W X 2 Powered Bookshelf Speakers, RCA Input for Turntable, Black

I use these in my studio to get a real time for my music mixing. If I want him to get him really loud to upset my neighbors these will work! Nice clear sound quality, nice value for your money, and small compact appearance.

These were easy to connect to the turntable and sound great. Not for loud party music or rock which sort of demands higher decibel levels, but for a small space can still be too loud. The speakers are fully controllable from the one that has the balance and loudness for both, with one plug-in connection from the turntable. Since the speakers have their own power-supply it makes the connection trouble-free, and any sonic problem was only due to a loose plug, not pushed in all the way. A really good buy for a low-cost sound system for playing records.

Nice sound, easily installed, NO WHERE near 30 watts per channel. Get what you pay for, so, good value. Connected to large flat screen TV, does the job. Satisfied with purchase.

I originally bought this set of speakers for my pc mini box. I was so impressed with the sound difference from other speakers I have tried over the last year, that I suggested to my 95 year old mother that she let me bring them when I visited next time to see if they were loud enough for her. She agreed. I carried them up country for my visit with her, set them up on her pc and she loved them. Finally she can hear the sounds on her pc very well. Had I stopped at this point, I would have given the speakers a 5* rating; however, Mother asked if they would work on her tvs too. If so, she would buy two more sets, one for each Tv and also keep the set I brought her for the PC. Try as we might, I was never successful in setting them up to actually work on either the vizio or the LG tvs. I researched, did trouble shooting, but nada. At 95 I would jump the moon to do for her and make things easier for her so was disappointed I could not manage this one simple request on either tv. I got no response on one tv, the speakers managed to cut off all sound coming from the tv speakers on the second tv, but would not output sound to these speakers. I was going RCA to RCA. Granted it could be the RCA cable since it was the only other common denominator besides the speakers themselves, but did not have time to order more cables just to test something before I had to leave. She's happy with the speakers on the pc, but could be happier ;-) Update: Within a day or so of my review, the company contacted me and offered assistance in resolving the issue. I never expected them to do that and am very appreciative of their concern. Have upgraded my review from 3 star to 5 star simply for the stellar followup of a review.

I bought these speakers specifically for their RCA input, since that's the only output of my turntable. While the speakers appear to be of good quality, they never produced any audio gain above a staticky whisper, even after extended troubleshooting. I ended up returning them.

These impressed me more than I expected for their size. They don’t take up a huge amount of space, but the sound is clear and strong enough to make a noticeable difference. Setup was straightforward, and I like having powered speakers without needing a complicated system or a bunch of extra equipment. If you want to upgrade your sound while keeping things compact and reasonably priced, these are definitely worth considering.

Maybe it was defective as sometimes one of the channels would just stop working. Unplug the RCA cable and plug it back in, and it was fine for a while. Sounds like it could just have been the cable - but since the cable came with it, it's part of the product and therefore the review. The sound quality was fine for a 30 watt computer speaker. If you're looking for something to fill up the room, this just isn't it. It's probably not intended to be, either. Moved in to the AIYIMA S500 for my computer. But then again, that costs twice as much.

Recently purchased these speakers for a Christmas gift therefore I can’t rate their performance yet. I do like the overall look of them.

Lovely sound

Really good speakers. I purchased as a pair of monitor speakers for my studio. They are connected to my KB and all other instruments run via my DAW. The sound is good, the bass is more than adequate for a home studio. Some reviews mention that's it's a problem the connections and controls are on the side of the active speaker. Personally I prefer this as I don't want to be reaching for the rear of the speaker to adjust volume, tone and bass. Build quality is good and comes with a selection of cables. Overall for the price I don't really think you can complain. They really are very good👍

Great quality and sound for the price (hooked up to an old vinyl record player)

This is a great system for older televisions that have RCA ports on the back panel of the TV. This audio system is a completely wired system,including speaker wire hook up, so it may not appeal to those wishing Bluetooth connections. Otherwise the sound clarity is quite good with very good stereo separation. The speakers are easy to assemble, attractive ,with all cabling included. I personally prefer higher grade gold tipped RCA cables of at least 10 feet. Otherwise, I would rate this system very high ,for the specific application previously discussed.
