It's great because there is no potatoes in the ingredient. My dog can't have starchy foods. She loves the taste of this dog food. That is a plus.

My dog absolutely refuses to have any sort of kibble unless it's his absolute last resort.It took my dog some warming up, but he eventually started actually being excited for breakfast for once. I already knew the raw bits were going to be an issue with him because I already figured he'd see those raw bits as me putting treats in his bowl to get him to eat. For a little while, he ate everything as long as I shredded the raw bits small enough for him to chew kibble at the same time.Like some picky eaters, he'll only eat the kibble if he accidentally chews one and realizes the taste in it. But after about 3 days, he started only eating the raw bits like I'd expected. Of course this is NOTHING to do with the quality of the product, this is just my personal issue of a 4 year spoiled dog that was fed only table scraps from his previous owner.Besides that, I wasn't expecting the kibble to be as small as it came, which was about the size of a tic tac. So be aware of that if you're getting it for a larger dog, but my dog is about 20lbs (fatty) and small enough to not really worry about the kibble getting lodged in his throat, since I pair this kibble with a slow feeder bowl.

I love the fact that this food is healthy for my dog. I make dog food to add on top of this. My dog is a puppy, and I want the best for him.I love the fact that there are raw food bites along with the kibble.

My fur baby is doing so well on this food. After all the pet food recalls, and all the talk about the additives and chemicals in pet foods I did some research and I decided it was time to change my baby from Science Diet to a better food that had less additives. I choose this brand as I looked over the reviews of others and everyone seemed happy. Well I am also happy. My baby is doing so well this food. She has a joint disease she was born with, now at 7 yrs old, you would never know she had issues. She is all over the place jumping like a puppy! The one thing that I have noticed the most is that she has pooped a lot less and that is because she is using the food instead of it going right through her and her not getting any benefit from it. With it being grain free it has helped her joints so much , I have improved her quality as well as her quantity of life by switching! She gets so much more vitamins that her body needs and keeps with this food and she loves it!!!! You can also find sold separately the raw boosts that I use as treats in different varieties. I found one that is for her joint issues. They have them for skin, joints ect. So far I am very happy with this food for my baby. I have a chi mix I did have to switch her over to the weight control as she did gain weight after the switch on the first bag. I think she likes it a bit too much :) She never ate that much of her Science Diet, so she now is on the weight control and is still doing very well and still loving her food!!!

I have ordered this product many times and when I ordered the last bag within one week the smell was so bad that I had to dispose of the entire bag. I stored it in a cool dry place but this bag was not good quality. One dog refused to eat it and the other was acting sick. I stopped as soon as I smelled it they are both good now
