G-Cup EVF Eyecup Replacement for Panasonic GH3 & GH4

This g cup is great, functions very differently than a g string.

Great to keep the sun out of the eyes when using the camera and better than the OEM one. It falls off alot more and there’s no way of keeping it taut on the camera.

The OEM eyecup from Panasonic leaves a lot to be desired. Its not comfortable and pops off often. This eyecup is far more comfortable and stays on BUT, it does keep the eye a bit far from the EVF which can cause issues in seeing display info such as battery life indicator. All in all, its a good step up.

I like the purpose of the eyecup but I can't speak for this specific design. It will not stay on the camera. I've tried applying small pieces of tape, however, it holds until it unloosens then the cup falls off. This is the third and final time I will buy this cup from this supplier/vendor. I used tiny amounts of super glue on the plastic frame of the cup, so far it's holding. Using glue is not something I should have to do.

A good eyecup. I bought it for my gh4. While it fits over my full eye, it doesn’t flex enough to see the full eyepiece, which is my only complaint.

Bought this for my GH4 - does not fit well and once in place, no matter how I adjust it, it blocks some of the opening to the viewfinder area. Should of sent this back but never fitted to my camera until a month or so after I bought it.
