My husband roasts all our beans. Then he grinds them and pours all our coffee fresh. This grinder helps we grind with this one first and use a finer grinder for the second grind.

Would have been happy to give a 5 star but it came new in box missing the knob handle for the drawer

The look is definitely vintage and it acts as a conversation piece.I purchased it for decoration. All the parts move and it looks fully functional. I love it. It’s very durable.

If you like turning wheel round and round for at least 5 minutes just to get a teaspoon of ground coffee, the go for it.
