Turntable Synchronous Synchron Motor 50/60Hz Frequency AC 100~127V Geared Motor CCW/CW 4W(2.5-3RPM)

Worked great as a replacement for my electric fireplace synchronous motor for the foil rod rotation witch was getting noisy and kept stopping. . I did have to modify the original rubber piece that joins the tin foil shaft to the motor shaft, since the new motors shaft hole was not in the same place as the original. Overall it worked fine. Note, this motor is cw/ccw so it rotates counter clockwise and if turned off and back on it rotates clockwise, witch makes the flame go downward. Not a problem for me. Just stop the motor and restart to go in the right direction. I couldn't find a ccw only motor. This motor says it's for a microwave turntable.

This little runs great.

Used this motor to replace a broken one on an animated snowman I put out in the yard for Christmas. The shaft length was shorter then the one on the old motor, but it was super easy to take it apart and swap it out. Great price, great product.

Be aware this is not a 1/4" shaft. It may not matter but if the gear or pulley you are attaching is a tight 1/4", you will have to chase the hole with a 7mm or SAE "J" size drill. (0.277")

The motor runs quietly but a little hot. I think it runs hot by design and is not a problem. I didn't find the clockwise-counterclockwise function to be useful for my application but will hang onto it in case I have a future need of it.

When I first started to use this there was a little tiny skip in the rotation. I have only used this a few times and now it is completely stuck in one spot but you could still hear the motor running. skip this one and spend a little more

If you’re a DIYer and want to replace your motor yourself, this is the way to do it. This replacement motor fit and worked perfectly, and helped me avoid an expensive repair call.

I’m building a clock and decided to try this to drive the seconds wheel. Unfortunately it rotates faster then 1rpm. Thankfully I was able to get it for $5 so will look for something else for my project and save this for a different one.
