It’s strooooong you don’t need a lot ... a little goes a long way .... I love mixing my teas and this one goes well with it ...The first night I boiled a lot since I love my tea strong but it was tooo strong and bitterAnd it works !!!! But a little goes a long way

I don’t think this worked as well as the wellness tea I usually buy. It worked a little. But the wellness team works really well. So I’m not sure I would recommend. And I wouldn’t buy again.

In addition to helping sinus conditions the tea is a very powerful topical analgesic. I suffer from a chronic muscle pain condition. I just happened to rub it into a painful area and within about one minute the pain was gone. My wife suffers from muscle cramps that strike during the night. When she sprays the tea on an afflicted area the cramps goes away within seconds.

I hate the taste, I will say that. It tastes terrible to me. However it does work to clear our my sinuses! It works very very well and I don't have to take prescription medicine.

Not sure if it helps my congestion long term, but it is delicious and aromatic. Best to let steep a few minutes and enjoy the aroma. It really helps me to relax.

I bought this tea because I have horrible allergies and get sinus infections because of them. I have only used I a couple of times and can say if it works or not but still going to use it. I could only taste spearmint when I did drink it.

This is a great tea, I like the flavor a lot and it is beneficial as well! It is an earthy type flavor with hints of mint and licorice, is the best way I can describe it.
