Very Impressed
Very impressed with the quality of this daypack at any price, but especially for the price I paid for this. The pack is incredibly well constructed, with excellent zippers, harness system, and pack material. In terms of quality, I can favorably compare this to Boreas, Kelty, Arc'Terex, or Osprey, as these are the other packs that I have experience with. This pack is very well constructed, but still light-weight.The harness system is well constructed and has very nice padding. It is not your standard foam, but feels more akin to memory foam. It is very comfortable. The back system works great as well, and distributes weight nicely while keeping the pack off the main part of your back. The frame stays appear to be either a plastic or carbon fiber. You can adjust the tension on the mesh portion of the back panel. The more tension, the less internal space in the pack. The side pockets have a nice stretchy material that is better quality than on most daypacks -especially Boreas or Osprey. There is also a secondary pocket within the area of one of these sidepockets, which is made out of the same material as the rest of the pack. I presume this is there when you are either storing something that needs more substantial material to hold it in place or for when you don't want to snag the stretchy material. The sidepockets have no problem fitting a standard size canteen, but won't stretch to fit my 40oz Kleen Kanteen. The pack color is actually very nice and not as loud as pictured. The yellow is more muted and the grey is almost a greenish color. The internal hydration holder is large enough to accommodate a 3L bladder and includes the hook at the top to attach the bladder to so that it just doesn't sag at the bottom of the pack. There is also a secondary pocket in here as well, perhaps to give more structure for a laptop. One things that wasn't clear from the product description is that the lines on the outside of the pack are not just for looks; instead, they have a functional purpose. They are actually areas you can lash gear to. It's also nice that the loops at the bottom of the pack (for trekking poles, ice ax, etc.) have a little pocket in which they can be stashed, keeping them out of the way. The zips are YKK like. The pack comes with a rain cover. The downside for me is the waist belt. The picture sort of makes it look like the padded portion of the belt extends perhaps to mid-hips, but it does not. I suppose this was done to cut down on weight or maybe it's a climbing thing. Don't get me wrong, this does not appear to impact weight transfer to the hips, but rather the ability to attach pouches to the belt. I did still rig a molle pouch, but it's not as secure or convenient to access. At bottom, this isn't enough to deduct a star, as I knew from the pics that there were no belt pouches.Overall, especially for the price and quality, this is a really good deal. The quality is really good. I mean, not just good for the price, but something you would expect to pay over $100 for. It is that good. For 5 mile conditioning day hikes I loaded it up with more weight than I would actually carry on an actual day hike and it is super comfortable. No hot spots or soreness. The back system does a great job of keeping the pack off your back and air circulating. My torso size is 21 1/2 inches and it fits me fine. There are no load lifters and the harness isn't adjustable, but it's a day pack.Have had no issues with quality.I had never heard of this company before, but I am curious now about the other products, especially the light weight tents.Shipping was from oversees, so there was a delay in getting it. Glad I pulled the trigger.

All the features I wanted and needed - GREAT PACK!
I love this backpack. I bought it mostly because I liked the size - not too big and not too small, and because it had full chest and waist straps. It is VERY well made. The straps are long enough for an adult and the waist belt is padded nicely. The chest strap made a big difference for me while walking 8 miles/day for 5 days with this on. Due to the size/shape and the great straps, this is very comfortable to wear for extended periods.Bonuses: the sunglass pouch in the front, which more useful than I could have imagined, the color (which, yes, is better than in the pic), and the firm backplate and "suspension system" which keeps the pack comfortable.I have nothing bad to say about this pack. The pockets are great, it's well made, and it travels very well. I'm glad I own this!

What a great pack! I bought this as an all around ...
What a great pack! I bought this as an all around backpack for hiking day trips and travel. This pack does not disappoint! The compartments are super well thought out for multi purpose use. I really love the pocket on the outside for the sunglasses and there is even a built in lens cloth! The hip belt is sturdy, but comfortable and I love the yellow color. It is more mustard color than a bright yellow, but it looks great! Great material and very well designed pack!

Great pack . . . and I'm not a mountaineer
This is advertised as if it's made for extreme hiking or mountaineering, which I don't do. For me it's just a day pack for the city. Use it to hold umbrellas, jackets, bear spray, and groceries. Even had a few compliments on how it looks. I'd order it again. It's sturdy and well made.
