Love the overall quality, the fabric is quite sturdy, it looks pretty. My daughter used it in middle school. After 4 years the top part of the handle broke off. Since the reat of the backpack was in good condition i did not want to just toss it. I contacted Tilami and they sent me a replacement handle for free. I only needed the top little black part, that was what cracked/broke, so it was very easy to replace.I will buy Tilami products in the future because of the quality and the customer service.

wheel degraded after 2 months outdoor use but full refund offered by seller so we bought it again. our daughter loves the design for her long walk to school

am a 73-yr-old woman and this is perfect for me to carry a small laptop and other essentials when I substitute teach. I think this may also work as a carry-on for air travel!

The media could not be loaded. It's over priced I can barley fit one of my texts books along with two binders .At least the print is cute... again not worth the price

Durable, last the whole school year. And still looks good.
This is the best school bag with wheels ,that I have purchased for my son. The side protectors works, his backpack is still in good condition and he can use it for another school year. Definitely recommend this.

9 year old loves it
It is so practical, last year she dragged her backpack until it had holes in the bottom. This thing stands up to her punishment and abuse. Shooting star zippers and hidden pockets. You kid will love this thing. A little pricey but I anticipate long life out of it.
