Wow! Only 4 months and the case has died. The LED lights don't light up anymore, It acts as if it is charging, but it is not, and my phone is no longer getting a charge. I was really hoping for this case to work, especially for the large amount of money I invested into it, but four months is unacceptable. Two stars only because it was working wonderfully when it was working.

Definitely does a good job of holding and providing a great backup charge. Problem I am having with it is that, when charging, my signal quality drops significantly. Where I have 3 bars on LTE, when charging, the signal will drop to 1 bar, at best, and sometimes looses signal completely.I'm on the AT&T network, using a Nexus 5 using a Sim card, and have never had signal problems before.Am seriously considering a return.

Doesn't through-charge, so if the phone is in the case, you can't charge the case and the phone at the same time. This means I have to constantly take the phone out of the case to charge it directly. Also the plastic on the top section is flimsy, and the thin pieces near the power and volume buttons snapped off pretty quickly.But as a battery pack, it works fine. The fit is snug and natural and the charge lights on the back are good.

Great case, high quality. As expected it is on the bigger side though. Expect a pretty chunky phone. You can charge phone case at once, case automatically stops charging phone when full. Great product

The case worked quite well for about four months then completely stopped working. I checked back on the reviews here and noticed that several others have had the same problem. I gave it two stars because I really liked it for the few months that it worked, but at that price it is completely unacceptable that it stopped working in such a short span of time.

I wanted to like this. The bulk I didn't mind so much, felt good. The top half slipping off was a bit of a problem. At first I was getting 20 - 28 hours of charge which was great, but wasn't quite enough to justify the added weight. I would want 4 days to a week for this size.However, giving this 1 star because after only a few days the LED indicators on the back stopped lighting up, it wouldn't charge it would only give a pass-thru charge. It then killed my battery. Completely removed the case, and the internal battery would go from full charge to 0% after 20 minutes.You're better off buying a replacement battery, rather than having a twice as heavy brick with only a few hours of charge.

Nice build quality, and works as advertised. Gives me a extra charge throughout the day.

I bought two of these cases. The first lasted 4 months. I got a second case because it worked so well and thought I just got unlucky. Second case has now died after about 3 months.
