Worked well for a 1-2 years
This worked well for the first year or so with intermittent weekend use on my permanently set up 5th wheel camper and then started displaying 46 psi with nothing attached to it. I use 46 psi as the zero reference and it works other than that. Ordering a new one so I don't have to do that. The thing is super inexpensive and I know I am getting what I pay for.

Replacement
Bought as a replacement because I forgot to change it out in the winter months and the regulator froze because it is brass. Works great and controls the pressure great as well.

Works perfect a must have.
Works perfect. I went from the t doller wallmart one that says 40-50 psi. Yeah no way! When i put this on it waz at 30 and had more presure than the walmart cheapy. If you have to it will do in a pinh but i realy suggest geting this. do need a tiny flat head or a butter knife to set the psi just an fyi not a gripe.

High Quality - Your Best Bet
I am thoroughly impressed with this H2O pressure regulator. It can be disassembled and cleaned, comes with detailed instructions, and is very sturdy - just look at that S/S gauge housing! It was easy to dial in the 65psi my commercial ice maker requires and has held steady water pressure since installed. It maintains a good flow rate without losing too much psi.

Worked Fine for Three Years
I give it 3 stars because it worked for 3 camping seasons. I never adjusted the setting. I used it as is, out of the box. It registered around 30 psi. But this year, it won't show any pressure. Upon close inspection, I see that somehow, the needle has become lodged on the wrong side of the small metal pin at zero. I have no idea how it could have jumped over the pin. So now the needle won't move past zero when connected to a water source. Compare my photo to the guage in the product photo and you'll see the needle should rest on the left side of the pin.

It is what it says.
I opened the box (also good for storing it) and put it in line with my hose and now my tankless water heater in the camper works every time. I had to set it with the water running in the shower to about 25psi.

GREAT, you can adjust it for the maximum water pressure for your RV
Worked as described, lucky i have a water pressure gauge, camp ground water pressure per my gauge was 90 psi,my trailer's plumbing is good for a max of 55 psi,so i was able to adjust this regulator to a safe level,no issues with this water regulator at all,i do recommend
