This popcorn is delicious! The popcorn explodes so there’s no harsh sharp pieces. I use GHEE to pop the popcorn. that’s butter without all the fat throw some salt in it while it’s popping and it’s amazing. The Colonels are small. I don’t like big fat fluffy kernels because they go stale real quick and they become chewy. This popcorn is perfect perfect and sidenote, if you’re still burning popcorn or you’re still having a ton of kernels left over at the bottom of your popper or pot then you ain’t no popcorn, popping professional at this point does no reason why you should be burning the popcorn or having a bunch of kernels left over at the bottom you’re not doing it right just do it on a medium heat with the proper amount of oil and be patient most popcorn. If you do it right you don’t even have to shake the pan. I have a Whirley pop. The Whirley pop works great.

I gifted this to my popcorn fiend friend. She was delighted with the popcorn. She uses an air popper to get the best taste and light airy flavor. She now knows the blue corn hulls are smaller and easier on her digestive system. I will gift this too her again. I wish they had a gift box.

Excellent flavor, but has a bit of a musty smell that makes me sneeze incessantly. thats probably just me, as im allergic to it and had trouble digesting. nearly 100percent popped, and the best tasting popcorn ive ever had.

It's blue popcorn. It's supposed to be the healthier choice, Amish County Popcorn is a great brand, been buying their products for years.

At first I was disappointed it didn't pop up big. But wow those little popcorn balls were bursting with flavor. It had a great texture. It was easy for me to make. I have a microwave popper and I put 2Tbsp in it and hit popcorn. I think it is a value because it takes forever for me to eat 2lb. I thought it was fresh. I only put a little salt on it. I don't think it even needed butter. I will buy this again. I'm putting this in my favorite things! Update...I took this to my friends house that was very sceptical since they use movie popcorn. I made it and now they asked me to buy them it for them. They loved the flavor and quality. He wants to try out a small amount and see how long it lasts before buying bigger amounts.

Very tender and delicate and certainly is easier on the gut (and gums) amazing popcorn to say the least.
