This is a great little computer. I am highly satisfied and impressed with everything about it. This little PC is the fastest one I own - by a considerable margin. What more can I say? This is a fantastic buy if you're looking for performance in a tiny package. What more can I say?

Product did not come with Wireless adapter(e.g., wifi) although the product description says it does have it which is misleading. Other than that, the computer is working well. Great size and sturdiness for the cost.

I needed this completed for remote work and set up due to a sudden failure in my device. This product was only packaged with the power cord, yet it has setup instructions. I am missing the following items: the adapters, the mouse, the keyboard, the HDMI cable, the VGA cable, and the Display Port cable. I have called and been on hold only to be hung up on after waiting 30-40 minutes. The following items are to be expedited and refunded from the original cost of the computer system for each item I do not have. If the system is faulty, it will be returned for a full refund. This has to be rectified quickly to fulfill my job requirements. I am very disappointed!

I've been working with computers well over 40 years now. I was really skeptical on that this computer because it was renewed but for the price I said what the will see. I was completely blown away on how small it was and the lightning speed that it had. It came with a keyboard and mouse that I wasn't expecting. The condition of the unit was like brand new. I had no problem getting online to set up everything with windows. If they have more of these don't miss the opportunity and pass it up. I'm a busy CEO of a company. I rarely have time to write reviews but this one I had to give thumbs up to and take time out of my busy schedule and give these guys an awesome review.

Fast boots up in 11 seconds true 1tb NMVE with 32 gb of ram handles up to 3 monitors I I one hdmi and two dpi ports only con was I asked before I bought if WiFi and Bluetooth was internal and was told yes. Well that was a lie came w a usb dongle not a big deal just don’t like being lied to! Bought a WiFi Bluetooth card for $16.00 works like I want it to! Good and quiet machine has windows 11 pro! It’s my favorite out of all my computers I own !4 stars because of extra16 dollars after asking and being told different which I would have paid an extra 16 dollars to have them install or even say no it’s not an internal card.

Really nice. Easy to set up and is is really fast.

Item arrived in like new condition. There was one tiny little mark on the front that can barely be seen. It has performed flawlessly!

Extremely disappointed! The computer seems to still be connected to a corporate network or something. I am unable to log in to any of my Microsoft accounts. It either says personal accounts aren’t allowed or when I type my business email it says it’s not in “our system”. I cannot complete setup due to this
