Need to speek to someone regarding my inogen g4 i would like information on battery.

Column Pair shown in the photo is not one that comes as a standard replacement battery for a Inogen G4, at least not with my unit. There are two batteries standard in the G4 that I have. They are the BA-400 (Li-lON) 14.5V, 3.5 Ampere Hour and the BA-408 (LiION) 14.5V, 6.5 Ampere Hour.

Will these go bad if you dont install for 6 mth.?

The columns do only have a shelf life of about 6 months if they are not used.

Is this genuine inogen? Would prefer seller answer only. Thank you.

where is the reset button when replacing my pillars? How often do these need replacing?

The machine will prompt you and direct you how to reset. As far as how often I replace them, I hate to say so but every six months and I only use my unit maybe 15 hrs per month, Inogen claims you only need to replace them every 1-2 years but I have not been so lucky. Hope this helps.
