Works great at a low dosage
1mg is all most people need to fall asleep. The liquid is fast and out of your system by AM. Puts you out quick and doesn’t leave you groggy. Relaxes you into Sleep
I find that liquid melatonin works better than pills or lozenges. The amount can be regulated, more or less, and you can experiment with dosages. It relaxes me and helps shift my mood into sleep..

Works on muscle spasms
It does work on a muscle spasms, but I normally don’t take anything to sleep, and the melatonin doesn’t seem to be working at all
