WONDERFUL
Very expensive but worth it absolutely beautiful you can have it on silent if it annoys you... plus the sound and music turn off at night time anyway ... very sentimental to me as my Grandmother was Swiss( even if it's German) LOVE IT Such character with the train and trees and detail

Beautiful! Wonderful craftsmanship. Highly recommended.
This clock is absolutely beautiful. It's exactly what we dreamed of - great quality. It was easy to set up and works perfectly. There is a different tune each hour which was a lovely surprise. It senses when it is dark and does not cuckoo, but starts again in the morning. You can also turn the cuckoo and music of, or just the music. The clock came well packaged and in excellent condition. We did have to pay an unexpected customs charge, but it was still cheaper than the ones we saw in Germany. It takes 3 large C cell batteries.

Quirky and fun
Expensive purchase but well made product. Not regretting the investment. It came very well packaged and was easy to assemble. The instructions are clear and simple. You can probably buy cheaper directly from the manufacturer but I liked the convenience.

Absolutely wonderful
I have bought this as a Christmas present for parents to replace a cuckoo clock that they bought nearly 40years ago that stopped working a few years ago. I took it out of box to make sure it all worked as it should do and make sure it wasn't damaged in transit. It is all good and is absolutely wonderful (we want one now). It is enchanting - wonderful figurines, and the train is so sweet, and my other half absolutely loved the echoing cuckoo. All in all absolutely fantastic well worth the money. Thank you Erzgebirge Palace think this will give immense pleasure every hour!
