Smaller than I thought, its perfect! The app is easy to set up and use. The battery life hasn't been tested yet but I think it'll be fine. I worry about the delicate camera piece but I might glue a popsicle stick to it so be safe. Additionally I think camera quality could be better but refresh rate is good!

Short version: I bought it and returned it. It's a terrible product. I bought a similar but slightly different camera from another seller and it was lightyears better than this Dubo Dumbo camera. Just look at the reviews for the Home Eye app. That tells you everything you need to know. It won't save video to the SD card. Even if it did record to the SD card properly, it's only capable of recording between 5-15 minute "loops". I need something that can record 30-60 minutes (or so) continuously. Even though I had this set to record 15 minutes the image went black at 10 minutes. This product is worthless, even if it did work properly. To say this camera and the app are temperamental and frustrating to TRY to configure would be an understatement. Also, the "ribbon" that connects the camera lens to the plastic body has zero rigidity to it. You can't keep the lens in place without tape or Velcro. It needs a stiffer wire inside so you can bend it into position and it will stay there without tape. There is decent potential here, if the camera worked as claimed and with a few minor improvements. Unfortunately, as it is currently configured, and because of the HORRIBLE app, it misses the mark......by a mile! Go back to the drawing board Dubo.

You can rarely trust amazon reviews anymore. I often only read 3 star reviews because I feel they are more honest, they ain't p-d off and just trashing the product with 1 stars or they haven't been paid for a 5 star. I bought this camera because I needed this specific design for a project. I didn't expect the video to be great or the app to function perfectly and intuitively. So I received the first camera, went through setup, only wanted 5 minute clips with no motion detection. Well, no matter what I did or what setting I changed, it was stuck on motion detection and would record tons and tons of 5-9 second clips. It would also record 3-5 minutes videos but never just 5 minute clips. This filled the card with way too many files to deal with easily. I sent a message to the seller through amazon and received a response within 24 hours. Tried what was recommended but didn't fix issue. Resent them a message and it took about a week for a response. Now I'm unhappy and about to give a 1 star review and return the camera but wait for their response. Finally get a message that they have sent a new camera and I'll be receiving it in a few days. About 5 days later I get the new camera. Go through setup and It works perfectly. Saves only 5 minute clips and video is as clear as one should expect from a camera this small which is decently clear. I'm happy with the product and the seller made things right. So things I like- Video is pretty clear, definitely not amazing but good enough. Having 19cm or 7.5in of cable from lens to body gives options. wifi streaming although I don't plan on using it. Things I don't like- Have to reconnect to app each time you restart the app so pretty much anytime you want live view. sound isn't great but thats ok. Things just to know- lens cable is thin and flimsy so getting lens to point where you want is hard but also good for routing where needed. App stinks but works, it will drain your battery very fast if not force stopped. I'm sure the app is sucking all of my info but I'm not paranoid because google and any other service you use is already doing that. Bottom line is this is a great camera if you get it with the proper expectations. You won't be filming Hollywood movies with it but you shouldn't expect close to that either. I want to thank the seller for making things right.
