My husband buys this regularly to use in our jacuzzi. Good product. Does the job as described.

I use a mineral Silver stick to keep my Spa clean. No chlorine and no Bromine. I started to get some calcium buildup on the walls. I got this Spa Down and stabilized the PH and hardness levels to good levels. Cleaned up the walls and used Hot Tub Hard Water Calcium Remover. Buildup stopped once the levels are within range.

My product was shipped perfectly no issues with the bottles at all. This summer the hot tub was not used much (i.e., ignored). Went check the levels and the calcium build was out of control!! Not just some flakes I'm talking build on the walls , seat, everything..oops! We have well water and calcium is an issue for us on all things. In my research I found that using spa down would do the trick. My husband wanted to dump a bunch of clr in. While that may have worked I wanted to stick with a proven spa treatment method. I used one bottle of spa down ran the tub for 24 hrs and it didn't seem to do the job. I added the second bottle of spa down and ran again for 24hrs and like magic.. um rather science it worked! Tub is clear of calcium build. Such a huge relief! I was worried we were stuck with a calcium build up problem forever. Before draining I added spa up as well gotta bring the ph into balance. Give leisure time spa down and spa up a try. You won't regret it.

Use this brand without any problems plus less expensive online than at a box store.

We use this product in our hot tub and it works great. We had an issue with the incorrect number of bottles being shipped and the customer service to rectify the problem was excellent. I will definitely buy from this seller again.
