Works perfectly as advertised
Product was very easy to install and setup. Connected to product in moments. So far it works amazingly. I love not having wires all over and can keep my car looking organized. I also like that I was able to purchase it the night before and had it delivered to the locker closet to me by 9am the next morning. It is definitely worth the purchase.

Plug, Play, and Perfect – Seamless CarPlay Freedom
Wireless CThis adapter is a game-changer! I was skeptical at first, but setup was ridiculously easy—plug it into the USB port, wait a few seconds, and boom—wireless CarPlay. No more tangled cables or forgetting my phone on the seat. It connects automatically within 5-10 seconds every time I start the car, and the responsiveness is nearly identical to a wired connection. Calls, maps, music, Siri—all work flawlessly. The 2025 upgrade seems to have ironed out any lag issues from older versions. Highly recommend for anyone tired of plugging in daily!arPlay Adapter – 2025 Upgraded – 5 Stars

Good but not great
Small, functional, works well. Once you plug it into your car it’ll give you instructions on how to use it. You just follow the prompts and it’ll connect from then on automatically. I have a 2020 Toyota RAV4 and I had no issues installing it. The CarPlay does look different. The battery logo seems massive on the screen and there’s a 2-3 second lag when I change the song I am listening to which sometimes bugs me. People have a harder time hearing me when I answer phone calls too. It does connect pretty quickly when I turn the car on and have not had to toggle any settings since installing it. I haven’t had any issues with it getting hot while in use but I’m also not touching it nor have I touched it since I got it. I am still trying to figure out how to switch between phones when my husband is in the car and we want to use his phone for Apple CarPlay instead of mine. All in all, this is a good adapter but needs a few adjustments to be great.

Works quickly and seamlessly
Simplifies using android auto with my vehicle. This device connects to my phone very quickly without me having to connect it with a data cord, as I have an older vehicle. I don't notice any lag- it just simply works. I have it plugged into the USB port in my armrest console, so its even out of sight.

I ditched the USB cable
Looking to ditch the USB cable connecting your phone to your car’s Android Auto, look no further. OEDCVVD is the product to buy. Purchased for a ’21 RX 350 that supports wired AA. Phone is a ’21 android phone with 12GB of RAM (this is critical for context). If you are currently using AA via cable, you can expect the same performance with this wireless device. Plugged this device in the USB port I used to plug my cable in. Followed the included instructions. Followed the displayed instructions on my screen. It went live. It is so nice, to leave my phone in my pocket and watch my AA display on my screen. Every time! Default app on my display is Google Maps in satellite mode. I use Waze when travelling. AA available streaming apps work. Google voice assistant works. It’s been three months. No crashes. No frozen screens. It connects within 30-60 seconds after starting my car. Same amount of time it took me to take my phone out of my pocket and connect the USB cable.I recommend this adapter.

Good but not perfect
It's small and works pretty well. However, on a long trip you still need to connect your phone to charge because wireless connection will eat your battery pretty fast. And the box heats up a lot after a few hours, however it's not affecting the functionality.
