Have purchased quite a few pairs of these pants, in many different colors. They fit very well, for my thin build, and hold up pretty well for less expensive pants. I would recommend.

I loved the color and they seem well made but there is ZERO stretch in the waist. I always wear a 30 and I couldn't even button them. The title says they are "super spandex" which they are not, only 2% spandex.

I have worn westace branded pants so I know what I was getting. Even though it was stated to be delivered in one week it was delivered in 3 days. Excellent!

Love these. The fabric is so much softer than other generic Chinos and the fit is perfect. Just wish they came in smaller sizes. Used to be able to get them in size 28 waist,but no more.

These pants are super comfy, well made and worth the money. The material, stitching and hardware are of high quality for the price. I purchased them for my son (who is very picky and pretty much turns away everything I pick out) to wear for a contemporary dance routine because of the stretch and he loves them. So glad I picked these! I bought them true to his size and they fit perfectly. He can move around and split without any issues whatsoever. Just bought 3 more pair for my husband for work.

Waist is stretchy and comfortable and fits as expected. Thighs, as mentioned in other reviews, is tighter than usual but not far off from the sellers provided pictures. My real issue lies with the ankles region of the pants. They are not nearly as tapered as they are in the pictures provided. The crotch region is a little tight which is surprising to me as the waist is so stretchy. I fear that continuously kneeling and squatting down may result in tearing. Still debating on whether or not I should keep these or return. I will say that for $20 these are far better than expected.
