Its a walking stick that shrinks, yeah it a good stick, not had any problems with it, more problems with the misses moans an groans before getting this for her, helped her out loads it has, even used it at a hilly,muddy festival an she was fine walking with it. Easy to set up an easy to collapse. Once you have it at the correct height mark where it has to be, this aids extending it to the correct height next time. Also comes with a mud hat to stop it sinking in mud, simplicity in its self pull rubber cap off screw mud hat thingy on and you shouldn't sink in the mud.

I bought to take on holiday with me because I could retract when not needed I used it once and now it will not tighten I have ordered a second one to be able to use 2 after my knee operation the second has not arrived as yet but both will be returned before I have an accident and do more damage to my knees….. DO NOT BUY

I Uses this when having to walk in the wood as I have a bad back and hip , they are light but help giving me a balance , I do not use them all the time but only when there are a ruff ground , great to have
