Tuli’s Heavy Duty Heel Cups for Heel Pain, Green, 1 Pair, Small

This item was recommended by my foot doctor, it definitely helped with my plantar fascitis. Ater a couple of months the pain is almost gone but I still wear it everyday. I definitely recommend the Tuli’s Heavy Duty Heel Cups if you're in the same situation that I was.

I have had bad right heel pain, I mean really bad and I have bought so many foot inserts from here and my local store ..I went to my foot doctor and had paid good money for "foot made expensive insoles" etc ... And it really didn't give me any relief... 😢 I wanted to try these to see if it would help with the pain or at least some of the pain until my heel gets better. I have to honestly say, it has helped tremendously ... I still have pain however it's minor compared to what it was . I would say it went from 100%+ pain to about 40% pain now. I wear just the right one for now in my house shoe, my tenny shoes, etc ... It has been a true help bc now I can at least walk and it made my heel feel so much better while it heals which has taken a long time to do since I hadn't had any relief in about 8 months. I am going to buy more of these so I can just leave them in my other shoes. If you don't buy these, you're missing out on pain relief. They are sturdy and I didn't think they would fit my heel bc it's swollen and large to begin with but... They fit great and they haven't broken down and you won't regret buying them. My podiatrist sold me a pair of these in office for $35. I paid $11.88 via Amazon for the exact same thing. They do indeed help with my heel pain, which is due to a step injury. I also have secondary plantar fasciitis symptoms from walking wrong due to the injury pain. These cups are a relief!

Truly amazing! Our 7 yo injured his ankle from soccer in March 2025. We did everything we could think of to help it heal and eventually sought a Pediatric Ortho Dr. We followed his instructions he gave us and he wore the brace they provided. The brace became like a crutch so we stopped wearing it after several months. Well, it started to hurt again and we ended up back at urgent care with more X-rays. After another follow up to the Ortho came more brace wearing and a fed up husband who consulted AI. It recommended this product (size small) and it has been the biggest help yet! Our son has stopped complaining of pain and actually said it doesn’t hurt like it has for the past 9.5 months! I tried them and didn’t realize how much I needed a pair too. I truly think it might help my back pain also so I ordered another pair for me. The cushioning is perfect and they stay in your shoes. Skip the dr scholl’s from Walmart - these are wonderful!

I am newly diagnosed with Haglunds Deformity and the bone spur causes a great deal of discomfort. Wearing shoes is a challenge. I ordered the heel cups and was disappointed in their basic construction. While the bottom grid padding is comfortable, the back of the cup is flimsy and folds over easily, exposing the bone spur to the back of my shoe. I was going to give up on them, but I purchased heel grips and attached them to the loose back of the cup and voila! Instant relief and i am able to walk without aggravating the deformity. During summer, wearing open backed sandals and flip flops is great, but I knew I needed to figure out how to wear real shoes once the season ends and this was a great solution.

These Tuli heel cups allowed immediate relief to my heels. I say heels, because you must wear both, in order to have equilibrium in your step. I only have one heel that gives me grief(a tiny area the size of a pin-top on my left ankle) but with your feet, you need to have each foot the same height. Thus, you must wear both. The cushioning is wonderful. I bought a REGULAR and I wear a 9.5 wide shoe. I wore them in my tennis shoes, yesterday, and for the first time, no excruciating pain during grocery shopping. They are thick, which helps the pressure on the heel. I think they may poke out at the top of some of my flats, but the rubber is thin at the sides and top, and can be easily trimmed down. At this point, I know that the bottom cushion is what provides the relief, so I’m willing to adjust whatever needs to be adjusted. Unlike some have reported, the inserts do not slide or move around. They do make my feet go a little deeper into the front of the shoe, but not enough to hurt my toes. Now, I buy wide toe box shoes, so that may be the reason I do not have problems. I do not wear tight-fitting or narrow-toe shoes. I want to be able to walk if I make to my 80s/90s!!! I’m determined to take care of my feet everyday with calf exercises, wearing toe stretchers at night, and magnesium foot soaks. I have no pain, except for a tiny pin-top-sized area on the back of my left ankle. It’s’ amazing how something so tiny can cause so much pain!! I’m sure a trip to the ortho is in order and I will go. But, for immediate relief, these fit the ticket. Tuli’s are the most wearable and functional heel cushions that I have ever purchased. I’ll stick with this brand, and continue to do leg and foot exercises daily. I hope they work for you, too.

I have painful heel spurs and I've finally found the fix. I put these in both my walking and jogging shoes, and what a difference! I now stand and walk and jog without that old, constant pain in my heels.

These won't be the cheapest heel cups on the market, but they are the best. The Tuli heel cups have a patented technology that provided so much support through creating space via air pockets and the unique criss cross design. These have been around for decades, and I've bought a few pairs at this point.I have tried cheaper options, but nothing quite gives you the "walking on air" sensation that these do.

Estaba desesperada y no tenía mucha fe pero desde que me las he puesto el dolor se ha reducido. He empezado a usarlas hoy pero estoy muy contenta. Hay q elegir un calzado en el que no se muevan pero funciona genial
