Great idea but not sturdy enough, you need two.

Glad I got this paddle holder. It is strong and easy to install. Works exactly the way I need it to.

Before I had this I had the the elastic bungee straps on the side of my yak. I would always find part of my paddle sticking in the water which would make it hard to steer with my rudder at times. Now that I have this clip it keeps my paddle securely mounted up out of the water. Couldn’t imagine yak fishing without it.

Definitely worth making the purchase. Great item

Easy install and sturdy

I gave a four star because it does wear out and the grip weakens. Otherwise I still recommend.

We ordered two, one for each kayak. We like them. You do have to get the prattle exactly in center. Then it holds pretty good

And definitely use a leash clip so your paddle don't float away.

The product came without thumb knobs! Can't use it how it was intended.

I have bought many of Railblaza products because of its good quality.Only recently, I received an 'impaired' or missing screw bolts and nuts.Simply not practical to return the item with postage charges to be incurred on my own.I would appreciate if Railblaza could mail to me the complete set of bolt and nut.
