I wanted to make salt air / salt foam margaritas. I was hesitant to buy this brand because there were no reviews but I am so glad I purchased it anyway! Put 4 oz water; 2 oz lime juice; 1.5 Tsp Salt in a bowl, then sprinkle 1.5 Tsp Sucro-ester over the top of the water lime salt mixture. I used a milk frother and OMG! Not even 60 seconds later, the results were amazing; a thick salt foam to spoon on top of Margaritas instead of a salted glass rim. This Sucro-Ester powder is magic!
