Made my customer's new floors slippery.
We received a complaint from our customer the day after using this runner. They just had their hardwood floors redone before moving into their house a couple days prior. After we left, we received a call about their floors being very slippery where the runner was. They tried cleaner the area, but it's still slippery. Now we are going to have to pay for the floor to be fixed where the runner was laid down. This has never happened in my 25 years in the moving industry. I have other runners and they don't damage floors. I am super upset.
