super knitting stitches and projects
Just Stitches: 70 Knitting Stitch Patterns to Inspire Your Next Project (Tiger Road Crafts Book 4)I am an avid knitter, make up my own designs and love to see patterns. I can then piece them together in a sweater or baby afghan. This one starts out with abbreviations of the stitches and then onto the patterns. Each pattern shows a colorful swatch and the written instructions on how to knit it.Excellent resource book to keep with hard copies of similar books I have in my knitting library.Turkish Stitch and Cosmopolitan will be the several I try for a charity baby afghan. So simple yet comes out elegant.Other knit and crochet works are highlighted at the end.

Good starter for learning
This is a great book for starting off your confidence simply. Taking you to great confidence. You feel like you can achieve so much more than your STARTED.I love that there are as many as these learning books, as there are DESIGNERS out there. And great to have it on your device, no internet needed and no Abdul of books to carry for learning stitches or recalling them add you need them for new and exciting patterns you are working on...Good Luck..Happy yarn hunting & buying. FYI..WATCH OUT FOR YARN HOARDING...LOL

At Last a Stitch Dictionary With Real Pictures
This is a very basic and to the point stitch dictionary. This is really good for an advanced beginner knitter or higher. The stitch patterns are well documented but there is no further explanation of any special techniques one may need to know and no description of any special needles or tools. This is a perfect reference resource. In the Kindle version the pictures were a bit small and sometimes the pattern instructions were not all on one page. It is still easy to follow.I am really glad I picked it up.

Knitting Reference Guide
Good book to have to learn and master the 70 stitch patterns in the book. Written so they are easy to understand.

This book is good for a beginner for learning knitting patterns.
I like the instructions. They are clear. I have been practicing the easier ones until I perfect them. I also like there are 70 stitch patterns in here. Many books do not carry so many.

Great Stitch Ideas
I got this book because I want to start designing my own patterns and needed some inspiration. This is just what I was looking for. Great stitch ideas with very clear instructions. My only complaint is that the pictures aren't very big, and when I click to enlarge them, they're blurry (on my Kindle fire HDX). But this is still a great resource to learn new stitches.

Fantastic!
I've had this book for just a week and am already into my first project with it. Love the fact that it is just stitches... none of the extra pattern stuff. If you love to create your own patterns, this is a great resource. The pages are not glossy, so it's easy to write in pencil on the pages and it has a great variety of stitches.

This is a good collection of decorative stitch patterns
This is a good collection of decorative stitch patterns. I'm not sure I would call it 70 different ones, though, because many of them are just slight variations on other ones. I had some fun browsing through it, but it would be very had to find a specific stitch, or type of stitch, if I were looking for such. The stitches progress from basic to more complicated, but there is no other organization to the book - no table of contents or index or such. I should say that I have the Kindle version - which has lovely illustrations on my tablet (they're a bit too small to see on my phone) - but the navigation is a bit of a problem. I will have to go through the book putting "bookmarks" on every stitch that I think I might want to use so that I can find it again.

Good, but some pattern errors
I was rather fond of this book, as a beginner. However, I started working on a pattern more complex than a simple K1, P1. I started working on the Pointed Stripe. After undoing my knitting a total of 5 times, I buckled, and sent a photo of the pattern description to my mother-in-law. She quickly pointed out that the pattern wasn't balanced. There's a decrease that isn't balanced with an increase, which results in an ever wonky pattern. Difficult to figure out when you're a beginner.

Amazing book!
This book is fantastic. It has more knitting stitches than you could dream of and for every level of knitter. Would definitely recommend.

Prefect does - as written in the title!
I managed to buy this book both on Kindle & a hard copy. From the moment I downloaded it I started practicing the stitches for a project I am doing. This book does not tell you how to knit but it offers 'stitch patterns'. Clear, simple instructions. I actually have a preference for the kindle copy as I find the book written more like one would write for a child. Great patterns.

Good but basic
A bit basic, no frills book. I haven't done very many of the stitches yet but the ones I have done are easy to understand. It's very thin so don't expect a book woth lots of detail.
